Hiring MFE was the best thing we did! It was worth every penny. Mary and Dianna were so great to work with. Mary answered all my emails or texts quickly and I left every meeting feeling more excited knowing they could take care of everything and they absolutely did! If there was a single hiccup on our wedding day, we had no idea. Dianna took care of it all! We are so thankful to have worked with MFE and I hope every bride has someone like them in their corner.

Mary is the Queen of Tulsa events! She has produced the Great Raft Race's Finish Line Festival in Tulsa for the last 4 years and has done an amazing job! The Raft Race is a unique event w/ unique event planning challenges, and Mary and her team always find a way to make the party bigger and better. I would recommend Mary for any size or type of event in the Tulsa area!!

I plan events as part of my job so naturally I thought I could absolutely do a wedding. However, I am also a perfectionist & doing that for your own wedding is not only exhausting, it’s impossible. After figuring that out the hard way I reached out to Mary, she was amazing! She has a way of being honest and frank without coming across rude or bossy which is hard to do. We had a huge wedding (360 people, 30 in the wedding party) with a lot of crafty/extra/over the top ideas that needed executing. Mary did a WONDERFUL job making all of that come to life. So don’t stress on your wedding day, trust me, it’s better to have Mary!

I first came across the team at Mary Fencl Events when I had the pleasure of participating in a close friends wedding. I had never seen a bride so calm on her wedding day and she attested this to be due to her excellent wedding planner.
Fast forward to my engagement I knew that the first thing I had to do was secure Mary and her team for my big day. To say that Mary and her team do a great job is a vast understatement, they are the TOP of the line in their field. Mary helped me find the dream team of vendors and she made all of our design dreams for the wedding come true. We started with just a pair of rose gold earrings and a few spring colors as the inspiration for our wedding and she made it the BEST DAY EVER!!
