During our free initial consultation with you, we determine which of our services would best suit your needs. FINAL WALK-THROUGH

REHEARSAL AND WEDDING DAY

  • Direct ceremony rehearsal

  • 2 Coordinators for the entire event

  • Setup of personal decorations, place cards, signage, favors, etc.

  • Organize vendor load in/set up and break down

  • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception

  • Work with the vendors to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

  • Execute reception timeline and update other vendors with any adjustments

  • Load all decorations, gifts, and leftovers in designated vehicles

  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments

  • Confirm timely exit of venue

We love to help our clients develop and distinguish their style! Need direction on how to capture your theme, colors, & signature touches?  We can help design an event that is as unique as you are! Let us sift through color swatches, rental catalogs, & photo inspirations to fine-tune your vision. We will customize a vision board to showcase every detail from the ceremony to the grand exit.
