Mary Fencl | OwneR, Lead Planner & COORDINATOR
Several life experiences guided me toward a path of event planning. About 13 years ago, I was a bridesmaid in a wedding for a dear friend and it was a wonderful DIY style wedding (love those!) that naturally came with a lot of work. During the reception, we were looking for the Mother of the Bride for some photos, and I found her in the kitchen, washing forks, because we needed some more clean ones for the cake. I quickly stopped her and sent her for pictures, while I stepped in to complete that necessary task. As I washed, I just kept thinking “never-ever-ever should a family member have to work so hard on such an important day that they miss those moments”. It began as a “see a need, fill a need” service. I have always had a passion for problem solving, and customer service. Throw in a love of design and all things celebration, and thus an event planner was born!
FUN FACT: Mary wears a size 10 shoe because her toes are basically fingers.
Janelle CORDRAY | LEAD planner & Coordinator
With experience in interior design, and a love for all things style, Janelle is a great partner in planning! This queen of “Can-Do” has a passion for the details and is great at thinking through all the angles of every event she plans. With 10 years of experience as a lead planner with the MFE team, her clients love her “above and beyond” work style!
FUN FACT: Janelle has never turned down a taco.
Elly Vosburgh | LEAD PLanner & Coordinator
With a passion for executing the plan, Elly loves to transform a blank venue and watch the dreams come to reality! Always learning and perfecting her own talents, she rises to any challenge she is given. She began with MFE as an assistant while attending the University of Tulsa, almost 9 years ago. She quickly found a passion for this service role and transitioned into a lead planner position, showcasing that passion to her brides every day. Ask her to move tables, chairs, giant wood logs, she’ll get it done. 30,000 steps when working a brunch wedding? Not a problem for Elly! She is a wonderful team player and loves working with our teammates to bring your vision to life!
FUN FACT: Elly can walk an entire football field on her hands, while doing math problems in her head.
Dianna Doll | Lead Coordinator
This wonderful woman is the one who taught Mary everything she knows. Not only is she the mother of Mary and her 4 siblings, she was a church coordinator for Parkview Baptist Church for several years. With Mary’s own wedding, she began passing down knowledge of traditions and etiquette. She is also the master of all things DIY, and no one can match her diligence!
FUN FACT: There are always fresh baked cookies in her cookie jar.
Lindsay barbour | Assistant Coordinator
With a uniquely warm, welcoming, and hilarious personality, Lindsay makes fast friends with everyone she meets. She is a forward thinking problem solver with years of experience in the service industry that keeps her prepared for all the things.

Becky doll | Assistant Coordinator
The girl that everyone loves, Becky is there for you when you need her! She is always quick with a solution to any emergency (because we know those happen on any event day). Her style is always “effortless beauty” and she brings that with her to any event she helps coordinate!
FUN FACT: Always has glitter in her purse, because you never know when you need to shine.
Alex Ortenburger | Assistant Coordinator
Alex began working with MFE back in 2012 but then moved to CO with her husband to begin a family. Good news for us, SHE’S BACK and we couldn’t be more happy to have her on our team helping to serve our clients! Her favorite thing about events is transforming a space to create a unique environment for any celebration. She loves working as a coordinator so our clients can fully enjoy the day without any worry!
FUN FACT: She has 5 rescue animals and will hopefully be adding more to the menagerie soon!
Halle Doll | Assistant Coordinator
Halle has been working with MFE for over 10 years, starting when she was only 11 years old! A huge hit at the trade shows, she has understood how to convey our passion and mission to clients with her charming smile and smarts. Her experience and passion grow with every job she is given, and she is always eager for more!
FUN FACT: Halle has performed on the legendary Cain’s Ballroom stage 6 times!
KASSIDY WICKERSHAM | Assistant Coordinator & social media manager
As a community event planner, Kassidy has gained her event experience working with festivals and large community events. She loves curating a unique experience that captures the heart of each guest. Kassidy is excited about the smallest details of the event and prides herself in making sure everything goes off without a hitch!
FUN FACT: Kassidy is also a freelance social media manager and yoga instructor!
Kent Doll | Assistant Coordinator
Recently retired from a career in cable television, Kent has decades of experience in production and sales. He has also performed dozens of wedding ceremonies as an ordained minister because he is passionate about love! Just ask him about his wife Dianna, he’ll tell you himself. If she is coordinating your event, you can bet your bottom dollar Kent will be there too.

Traver Fencl | Assistant Coordinator & Lead Builder
The Chip to my Joanna, Traver helps bring a lot of our custom designs to life. As an expert craftsman and tinker, he creates beautiful pieces for our clients including altars, custom cornhole sets, and more cake toppers than he can count. A fellow lover of Tulsa, he is great to have around
FUN FACT: As a girl dad, Traver is very good at applying nail polish.
